Grounds Master
controls certain amount of the town and all the Anuar that reside there. Most are high rollers that have excessive amounts of money or resources to provide housing and safety for the members of their community.

Grounds Keepers
chosen members of the community that patrol the lands. Are used as advantage to their Master, usually most are super powerful, super intelligent, or otherwise just chosen for age and seniority.
