Soft pawsteps could only be heard by the sharpest harks. The young wolf had learned to walk silently. He had much practice sneaking up on his mother. He smiled a wolfy grin at the thought. His grey pelt ripped over strong muscles. He slid to a stop as a truck zoomed by, clipping him, sending him flying into a tree. Damn! Evan stood up, and shook his head, trying to get rid of the headache. He recognized the truck. It belonged to Evan's best friend. Huh... some best friend. His friend didn't know that Evan was a werewolf, so no wonder he didn't try to avoid him. Although, he didn't mean to plow over him either. It was Evan's fault, him being stupid and running infront of the truck. Evan shook his head out again, and looked around for any other vehicles. He saw none, and dashed across the street, landing on the other side, just as a silver Mercades sped by. Evan watched as a couple walked along the edge of the road, holding hands. He grinned. This is going to be fun! He snuck up behind the couple, barking really loud when he got behind them. The couple screamed, and ran away, leaving Evan laughing his ass off.

Oh, come now, is that really mature of you? came a quiet voice echoing through the young wolf's mind. The clouded leopard shook her head. Padding out from where she had been resting in the shadows, she stood before the young one and looked him over. She had met Andra's children, she had no idea who he was. Not one of Keira's she hadn't given birth yet she didn't think. It seemed she needed to keep on top of things nowadays. But the thing with Razor had consumed her mind, she was ready to rip him to shreds still. She had just been waiting for the perfect moment. She kneaded the ground in anticipation. Realizing quickly what she was doing, she stopped and waited for the lycanth before her to speak.

Evan's laughter cut off the moment he heard the other's voice. He looked up to see a clouded leopard near. He chuckled at her words. Well, what do you expect? I am only fourteen.... He was young, and still liked to play tricks on people. I mean c'mon, what's a wolf to do? He sighed and rolled onto his belly, looking up through the trees at the stars in the sky. He slightly jumped at the sound of another car, his shoulder still sore from getting clipped by his friends. His crystal blue eyes looked back at the leopard as he stood up and shook himself off. And what are you doing out here so late? Don't you have a pack to take care of? He knew the leopard instantly. She was Kriss Paloma. Obviously leader of the Paloma Pack. He shook the dust out of his pelt and waited for her reply, while his blue eyes darted about.

She snorted. Should have known you were young, she said sarcastically. She cocked her head, curious of who he was and what pack he belonged to. But before she could open her mouth to ask, he had already fired a question at her. She chuckled at his question. I do have a pack to look after, as you well know. But one is capable of looking after herself, and the other is resting after her first change. I am out on personal business, seeking one I wish to kill. She sighed. I haven't found him yet, unfortunately. She had just surprised herself. Why was she telling this to a young welp like him? She shook her head to clear it. Anyway, who are you? And what pack do you belong to? The young black wolf was wandering, as usual. At seventeen, he was still a clutz, always tripping over his overlarge feet. Girls in school chuckled as the watched him stumble down the hall. The young, clumsy, uncaring wolf pup had grown into a handsome adolescent. He was just as large as his father, quite a feet. He picked up his pace. He wasn't paying attention to his surroundings at all, and only noticed there were others around when he plowed straight into the pair. Oh, jeez. I'm sorry. He felt so stupid. Looking at the leopard, he recognized Kriss Paloma. He dipped his head in greeting. Hello Kriss. Hello, whoever you are. My name is Connac.

Evan listened to her speak. Only one in a pack? That's unusual. Oh well.. it's not my buisness. My name is Evan, I belong to the Calling Pack. He dipped his head, though he had no clue why, and then Connac ambled in. Evan's harks went limp in annoyance at his words. My name's Evan. He stared at the wolf, then flopped down on his side, rolling over several times. He could be very random. Evan stood up, shaking the dust and moss from his pelt. He smiled a wolfy grin at the two and waited for one of them to speak.
ooc: Sorry for the crappyness.
